June has started, and vegetables grow little by little, especially leaf vegetables!
This year's first harvest started from Rocket.
Last year, I tasted rockets at a farm where I learned about farming, and I couldn't forget that taste!! So then we decided to grow rockets in 晴ファーム（Hare Farm）this year.
We wanted to check and taste Rocket's original unique and spicy taste, and we made a very simple but tasty salad!!
Cut rockets and dress followings…that’s it!

・Salt&Pepper
・Parmesan cheese (if you have)
