Summer vegetables are getting finished, and the season for autumn vegetables has gradually started.
Last summer, we couldn’t grow eggplants well.
This summer, the amount is insignificant, but we were able to deliver customers eggplants at Marche, etc.
Purple color eggplant is “Tateishi eggplant,” which is rich in taste and juicy when baked.
Green eggplant contains lots of water and becomes melty once simmered.
Zebra pattern eggplant is originally from Spain and has a very thick taste. So we usually eat eggplant stake with cheese!!
These eggplants have almost finished for this year, but we could provide different kinds of eggplants as “eat and compare” for our vegetable set.
